Pleased with the selection

Good-sized Lion’s mane dried caps with plenty of detail still visible. I like the natural variation between them, and the bag keeps everything neatly together.

Third order, same high standard

Third order now and it continues to impress. My Lion’s mane dried caps arrive vacuum sealed and well dried, the caps are sorted cleanly by size.

Really good in a garlic pan sauce

Rehydrated the Lion's Mane and cooked it in a garlic pan sauce. The pieces had a soft middle and picked up the sauce beautifully.

Reliable quality every time

Fifth order of Lion’s mane dried caps and still consistent quality. The caps were dry, clean, and evenly sorted, and the batch label made storage and tracking simple.
