This is not accurate. We provided the tracking numbers for both shipments.
The first parcel was rejected by German customs. Before issuing a refund through escrow, we sent a replacement parcel. However, the customer did not want to wait for the replacement and requested a refund instead. We therefore refunded the funds through escrow.
The second parcel was delivered successfully, but the customer refused to collect it. The customer explicitly stated: 'I won't pick it up then.'
We later contacted the customer again to clarify the situation, but the response was: 'What? I didn't pick it up. Please stop messaging me.'
Given these circumstances, we do not understand the basis for a one-star review. We made every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement shipment and processing a refund when requested.
