Refund policy

In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, specifically the "Consumer Protection Law," when purchasing a product from our store, you have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of the purchase, provided all legal requirements are met.

All issues related to the exchange and return of goods are regulated exclusively by Ukrainian consumer rights legislation.

For returns, we cooperate with "Nova Poshta" and "UkrPoshta." The product must be packed in our packaging without any signs of being unpacked. For international shipments, we work with UkrPoshta.

In the case of a return, a refund will be processed within 5-27 working days from the moment we receive the returned parcel (excluding the day of receipt). The cost of shipping the returned product is borne by the customer (except in cases where the return concerns defective products or mistakes made by the online store).

Please note that we conduct an inspection of the returned product to ensure its original condition before processing the refund.
